Check out our lineup of intro fitness classes that will make getting into shape, maybe just a little less painful.

10:30-10:45 a.m. Spin Mini Session by CSS Group Fitness

10:45-11:00 a.m. Spin Mini Session by CSS Group Fitness

Spin, also known as stationary cycling is a workout that is suitable and beneficial to all levels of fitness. Complete with intense music and various drills, this isn’t your typical bike ride. And the best part? You get to sit down AND burn major calories. We’ll be offering two 15-minute sessions to give you an idea of what a full-blown class has to offer. You’ll learn how to adjust your bike to fit your needs and a demo of what a ride would feel like in a regular class.

11:15-11:45 a.m. Pound by CSS Group Fitness

Think intense drumming, meets fat-burning cardio workout, meets yoga and Pilates. Interested? Good. CSS Group Fitness will be offering a class at Live Well  just for the cardio-driven, hidden rockstar. You’ll be sweating and jamming and toning up, a perfect combination for a really fun workout. Watch this video to get an idea of what the buzz is all about.

12-12:30 p.m. Burn by Forward Thinking Fitness

Burn is unwanted flab’s worst enemy. With both cardio and strength training- you will without a doubt be feeling it tomorrow, but in the best way. In one training session you can burn up to 1000 calories (don’t worry, you’ll be trying a shortened and streamlined version). That means you can definitely eat that dessert and still feel pretty good about yourself. Win-win. For those of you who are tired of the same old gym routine, this class is a must-try.
