The Proposal

Lauren Gross and Corey Cialeo met on a night out with mutual friends, realizing they’d attended the same university without crossing paths. Corey planned a visit to a special farm and vineyard in Charlottesville, Virginia, whose hydrangea-dotted paths had charmed Lauren, and proposed amid the vines.

The Big Day

The two were happy to hold their wedding in Lauren’s hometown and share the enchanting, storybook setting of Main Street and the Hotel Bethlehem with guests. They flexed on local flavor with famous area brands like Utz and Hershey’s in their welcome bags, and traditional Moravian cookies as a send-off. Leaning into the competing allure of football season, they streamed the big game on mute near the dance floor for a wildly fun watch party. The couple made their getaway in Lauren’s father’s 1956 Thunderbird convertible, one of several antique cars employed throughout the day, accomplished and content.
