“My daughter was the inspiration for this business,” says owner Leyka Chaparro. “Last year for her birthday, I wanted so badly to rent a white bounce castle after seeing them at these fabulous birthday parties that were popping up all over Instagram. Unfortunately, I did not find anyone that offered these kinds of glam inflatables in our area.” Chaparro’s plan was to start her own business from scratch, until she discovered Inflate Forty-Eight in Arizona. “I reached out to Julie Nielsen, who has been a huge resource in starting an Inflate branch right here in the Lehigh Valley.” Thanks to social media, Chaparro says people are focusing more and more on aesthetics and picture-perfect parties are now the norm.
