The Find It Friday series features our top five favorite finds of the week, ranging from dining & food news and people doing cool things to events and new businesses in and around the Lehigh Valley. Essentially, if it’s cool and we found it, we’re telling you about it.
This week, our Find It Friday series features Bitty & Beau’s, an oyster shucking class, @ainttooproudtomeg custom Grothouse charcuterie board, a cheese of the month club and ThreeOak Steakhouse Renegade Rub.

Top Gifts and Experiences in the Lehigh Valley This Week
1. Bitty & Beau’s
If you haven’t heard the news just yet, the national franchise of Bitty & Beau’s has opened up shop on Broad Street in Bethlehem. While we’re super excited about their beautiful space and delicious coffee, we’re thrilled that they’ve picked the Lehigh Valley to continue their human rights efforts. The shop is entirely run by people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and stands by the mission of changing the way people value and accept other people. We couldn’t imagine a better cause to stand behind, so we encourage you to support their efforts and grab a coffee and give a warm smile to their dedicated and hardworking team.
2. Oyster Shucking Class
It’s all about oysters at Silvershell Counter + Kitchen at the Easton Public Market. This Saturday they’re hosting an oyster shucking class from 10–11 a.m. for $35, which includes 12 oysters and a shucking kit (with complimentary bonus Prosecco). With only eight spots available, you’ll want to book ASAP by calling 610.810.8723. And did we mention they also have an oyster happy hour on Fridays from 4–6 p.m. with half price oysters for $1.50? We told you it’s all about oysters here.
3. @ainttooproudtomeg Custom Grothouse Charcuterie Board
If you know anything about us (or me, Kelli, hi) it’s that a good collaboration totally gets us going. This is where the food stylist @ainttooproudtomeg and Grothouse collab totally comes in to play. Grothouse Inc. of Germansville is known worldwide for their stunning custom-made wood surfaces—so it’s no surprise they were tapped for food stylist @ainttooproudtomeg’s (custom-illustrated by @brittdoesdesign) charcuterie board to go with the recent launch of Meg’s Cheese Board Deck (50 cards for ways to style spreads). While these gorgeous boards aren’t for sale, Grothouse is currently hosting a giveaway on their Instagram for the chance to win a custom board with three winners being announced on November 17.
4. Cheese of the Month Club
Brought to you by Keystone Farms Cheese of Bethlehem, the Cheese of the Month Club sounds like the perfect holiday gift for a loved one (or yourself). With 12- or six-month subscription options, the cheese of the month club includes three artisan cheeses totaling over 1.5 pounds, specialty food items (such as olives, crackers, salsa, jam and peanut butter), wine + pairing info card and a special monthly gift for $44.99/month. Each cheese is handcrafted by Master Cheesemakers in small batches in Southern Wisconsin, so you know you’re getting quality cheese with fresh ingredients. If a subscription box isn’t your thing, check out their gift boxes, cutting boards, individual cheeses and accompaniments for purchase.
5. ThreeOak Steakhouse Renegade Rub
If you love a good steak rub (drool), you’re going to want to check out Three OAK Steakhouse’s brand-new Renegade Rub—a handmade original blend. Available in 2.5, 3 and 8 ounces from $7–$15, you can purchase this gourmet rub at the restaurant in Easton. Sounds like a great stocking stuffer, right?
