The Proposal
Mutual friends brought Abigail Guman and Sage Karam together at a Lehigh/Lafayette tailgate. It wasn’t long before Sage was designing an engagement ring with a Nashville jeweler. At favorite vacation spot OBX, with family physically and FaceTime present, he surprised Abigail with a dream-come-true proposal.
The Big Day
It was a scorching hot Friday when Abigail and Sage married amid the rolling green hills of a private estate, officiated by Dr. Jarrod Spencer, friend, mentor and sports psychologist for the Philadelphia Flyers and Phantoms. Touches from Sage’s Lebanese heritage enhanced cocktail hour, while the couple’s signature drinks were named for their two doodle pups, Drake and Fetty. Sage’s Road to Indy championship cars and a black-and-white checkered dance floor reflected his racing career, balancing perfectly with the event’s modern, elegant theme. A dream team made it possible, whom the couple adore not just as vendors, but as friends.
