While some of us may be headed over to this year’s Musikfest to see Noah Cyrus and Aloe Blacc, Summer Scouts and The Band Perry, the rest of us will be scouting the vendors, looking for the best foods to create the perfect #foodgram—all while listening to artists share their talent, of course. There will be 37 food vendors this year, with food trucks coming from four different states. This leaves an overwhelming amount of options, but we’re here to help you narrow down the best locations for the most Instagram-worthy pictures.
1. Baby Blues BBQ
Brand new to Musikfest, this Philadelphia-based food truck will be serving up its famous barbecue staples in the Air Products Americaplatz at Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks.
2. Bethlehem Dairy Store
The Lehigh Valley’s favorite ice cream shop will be scooping hot fudge brownie sundaes, root beer floats, Italian ices and much more at the Air Products Americaplatz at Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks, Wells Fargo Festplatz and IBEW Local 375 Volksplatz.
3. Chick’n Cone
Everything is picture-perfect in a waffle cone. Head over to Chick’n Cone at the IBEW Local 375 Volksplatz for your choice of chicken in a cone or Cajun fries, both equally worthy of the ‘gram.
4. Humpty’s Dumplings
From Bonnaroo to Musikfest, Humpty’s Dumplings is offering its sweet and savory dumplings for the first time ever at the FLYLVIA Plaza Tropical. Offerings vary from broccoli cheddar to roasted cauliflower and apple pie dumplings. You can’t go wrong with whatever you’re craving.
5. Island Expressions
Don’t miss the opportunity to snap a pic and grab a delicious smoothie to cool off from the August heat. Island Expressions will be serving up their infamous smoothies at Wells Fargo Festplatz, FLYLVIA Plaza Tropical and Sands Steel Stage.
6. Theo’s Gyros
The picture-perfect lunch will be waiting for its photo op on Provident Band Main Street and FLYLVIA Plaza Tropical thanks to Theo’s Gyros.
7. Try Vegan
New to Musikfest, this New Jersey food truck is coming to bring vegan food to FLYLVIA Plaza Tropical. Make sure you stop by for wraps, hummus, Brazilian bowls and much more.
8. ZuZu Confectionery
Dessert is always worthy of a picture. Stop by ZuZu Confectionery at Martin Guitar Handwerkplatz for iced dark chocolate, fruit and vegan and gluten-free cheesecake dipped in chocolate.
