Dinner Underground at Blue Ridge Estate
Head to Blue Ridge Estate Vineyard and Winery for a world class dining experience in the candlelit underground room. This event includes a five-course meal paired with select Blue Ridge wines. The menu for January promises charred octopus, Mediterranean seared tuna, Godfather braised beef and much more. Tickets are $60 per person, with multiple dates and times available.

Winter Carnival at the South Mall
The South Mall in Allentown is hosting a winter carnival on Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. Vendors include crafters, small businesses, direct sale companies and so many more. Countless activities will be available as well as a raffle and 100 free “swag bags” filled with goodies!
Amazon Scavenger Hunt at Emmaus Public Library
Looking for something fun to do with the little ones? Emmaus Public Library is hosting an Amazon Scavenger Hunt on Saturday at 10 a.m. Search for fish, birds, insects and other animals in the Children’s Wing. There will be prizes for all who complete the hunt.
Christmas in January at Hotel B
Historic Hotel Bethlehem wasn’t able to host its usual holiday celebrations in December due to COVID restrictions, so they are celebrating now! Decorations will stay up the entire month of January, and this weekend’s festivities include a Christmas Eve Dinner and Christmas Day Brunch. The prix-fixe dinner is $55.95 a person and will be held on Saturday. The plated brunch will be held on Sunday, with a variety of Christmas morning favorites available. The cost is $34.95 (brunch is bottomless). Santa Claus may even make an appearance!
